The rooms are brand-new and well stocked and have great views of the garden. They offer an additional bed, tea and coffee. Exceptionally attentive personnel is at reception desk. The venue has comfortable and ideal location near to airport terminal. Plus, it's in Pudong district, just off the international and Chinese restaurants and Shanghai around 1am and airport station and railway station.

We had a cancelled flight and the Ramada Plaza Shanghai Pudong Airport was a life saver. The hotel provided comfortable beds, an amazing bathroom, and overall cleanliness and class. The concierge was also very helpful during our stay. we had a positive experience.

The hotel provided a free shuttle service that ran every 15 minutes, making it convenient for me to catch my flight. The room was comfortable and clean, with thick curtains that blocked out any light, ensuring a good night's sleep. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the welcoming fruit and water in the room, as well as the availability of earplugs for sensitive sleepers. Additionally, the lobby shop had a great selection of reasonably priced gifts.
